FAQ
1. Is it scary?
It's too scary at least. Our zombies are trained to give you the greatest scare of your Halloween season.
2. Will the zombies touch me?
The zombies have been instructed not to touch any of our patrons. We also ask that you not touch the zombies. Remember they BITE!
3. Is there a discount for children?
No. There is no discount for children. Admission is at an already scarily low price of $5.
4. Are you handicap accessible?
No. Unfortunately we are not at this time.
5. Can anyone enter?
No. Women who are pregnant, people with epilepsy or existing heart condition should not enter the Stages of Fear. It might be too scary.
6. How long is the wait?
Not sure. It really depends of the number of victims we have waiting in line and that varies from night to night.
7. Can I leave my children?
No. Stage Door Inc. does not advise leaving minors unattended and is not responsible for any mishaps.
8. Do you take credit card?
No. We do not accept any credit cards. An ATM will be available to in the mall to all patrons during regular mall hours.
9. Are you open Halloween night?
Yes. We have ask our zombies to work extra hours on Halloween night to keep the scares coming during the late hours of the night.
10. Is there anything to do?
Yes. The mall will be open to all patrons during regular business hours. There is a full food court and snack bar just in case someone may get hungry in line.
11. Is it too scary for kids?
Maybe. Our zombie experts advise that no child under 48 inches should dare enter the house. All children are expected to make it all the way through the house to the end. There is no special exit for those who can't face all the Stages of Fear.
12. Are there rain outs?
No. We are fully covered and protected from the elements.
13. What can I wear?
Our zombie experts advise that victims not wear flip-flops or open toes shoes of any kind. Also, no costumes will be allowed to be worn even on Halloween night. Just be ready to run for your life.
